Abigail a quitté Baypoint il y a deux ans, après avoir été surprise au lit avec le mari d'une autre femme. Son retour bouleverse la quiétude de la petite ville : provocante et décomplexée, elle ravive d'anciennes flammes et en allume de nouvelles. Même ses anciens détracteurs, qui voyaient en elle la pire traînée de la ville, sont peu à peu pris au piège de la tentation.
