In an isolated service station alongside highway, without job and visitors, rules atmosphere of boredom and laisyness. All of a sudden, simple waiter Raka (Mija Aleksić), gets promotion to DE chief (Duty executor), by decision of enterprises' main office. From that moment, he radically changes his personality and start behaving like a "Little God". He introduces so-called Reorganization of the motel (by putting tables and chairs on more proper places), and for a new start of the business, he invites general manager to gala-dinner. But all employees, unsatisfied with Rakas treatment towards them, are planning to make sweet revenge.
